The Ksport Rally AR Spec Coilover System (CSC010-AR) is an asphalt rally-purpose-built suspension kit engineered for competition-level performance. Featuring an extended stroke design, heavy-duty internals, and a large-diameter piston shock body, this system delivers the damping consistency and heat management demanded by rally racing on paved surfaces.

Key Features:

• 36-Way Damping Adjustment: Simultaneously adjusts compression and rebound with a single knob, allowing precise fine-tuning of ride handling and response without separate adjusters
• Monotube High-Pressure Design: Oil and gas are fully separated within the cylinder for faster, more even heat dissipation compared to twin-tube designs — reducing aeration and cavitation for a more consistent ride
• Large-Diameter Pistons: Provide increased oil capacity for improved cooling efficiency during sustained hard driving
• Application-Matched Valving: Each kit's valving is specifically tuned to the installed spring rates for optimized ride quality and long-term reliability
• Pillowball Top Mounts (select applications): Front and rear pillowball upper mounts preserve OEM suspension geometry while delivering a more direct, responsive steering feel; camber adjustment is integrated on applicable mounts, eliminating the need for a separate camber kit
• Adjustable Lower Mount: On most applications, ride height is adjusted via the lower mount, preserving full suspension travel — unlike designs that sacrifice travel during height adjustment
• 6061 Billet Aluminum Construction: Mounts and the majority of coilover components are CNC-machined from 6061 billet aluminum for a lightweight, durable, and corrosion-resistant build
• Zinc-Electroplated Steel Shock Body: Provides robust rust and corrosion protection in harsh rally environments; kits also include an anti-rust paste packet for application to key coilover contact points
• Integrated Dust Boot with Bump Stop: Standard dust boots protect the damper seal, with the bump stop housed internally for a more efficient and durable design

Ride Height Note: On many (but not all) applications, the Rally AR Spec system supports OEM ride height levels. Lowering of up to 3 inches from OEM is achievable depending on application — an important consideration for competitors subject to sanctioning body ride height regulations.
