Whiteline BHF77Z Front Sway Bar 27mm 2-Point Adjustable Heavy Duty

The Whiteline BHF77Z is a 27mm heavy duty, 2-point blade adjustable front sway bar engineered to activate more grip by reducing body roll and stabilizing the vehicle under lateral cornering forces. By minimizing body roll, lateral loads are distributed more evenly across the tires, resulting in increased cornering grip, improved outright performance, and enhanced tire wear — all without sacrificing ride quality or comfort.

Whiteline sway bars are manufactured from high-grade solid spring steel and feature a durable powder-coated finish for long-lasting protection. The bar ships as a complete DIY kit with high-performance synthetic elastomer mounting bushes, making installation straightforward.

2-Point Blade Adjustable Design:

• 27mm diameter solid spring steel construction for maximum rigidity and strength
• 2-point adjustment allows roll stiffness to be tuned by changing the lever arm length — no need to replace the entire bar
• Multiple distinct stiffness settings for precise handling bias adjustment to suit street, track day, or motorsport use
• Stiffer settings increase the force required to move left and right wheels relative to each other, directly reducing body roll
• Powder-coated finish resists corrosion and wear
• Includes high-performance synthetic elastomer mounting bushes
• Complete bolt-on DIY kit — no modifications required

Upgrading to a larger diameter sway bar remains one of the best dollar-for-dollar handling improvements available. The BHF77Z is designed to integrate with other Whiteline chassis bracing and alignment products as part of a complete, balanced handling solution.
