HKS 24996-AK017 Fine Tune V Belt 6PK1700 EPDM Serpentine Belt

The HKS 24996-AK017 Fine Tune V Belt is a high-performance accessory drive belt engineered to replace the OEM belt reference 6PK1700. Constructed from EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) rubber, this belt delivers superior durability and reliability under both high-heat and cold-weather operating conditions compared to conventional rubber belts.

Key Features:

• EPDM rubber construction — Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer compound provides excellent resistance to heat, cold, and ozone degradation for extended service life
• Enhanced temperature performance — Maintains integrity and performance across a wide temperature range, from cold starts to sustained high-RPM operation
• Improved friction tolerance — Optimized friction characteristics eliminate the need for excessive belt tension, reducing wear on pulleys and bearings
• Anti-squeal properties — Lightweight construction combined with a colored nylon fabric overlay minimizes belt noise and reduces squeal
• Fade-resistant color — Colored nylon facing resists color fading for lasting visual appeal
• Distinctive HKS appearance — Features a signature blue color with the HKS logo for easy identification
• Direct OEM replacement — Drop-in replacement for OEM belt 6PK1700; no modifications required

The HKS Fine Tune V Belt is the ideal upgrade for performance enthusiasts looking to replace worn OEM belts with a more durable, temperature-resistant alternative. Its lightweight EPDM design reduces rotational mass while maintaining reliable drive for alternators, power steering pumps, and other accessories.
