Product Details

The Cusco 658 541 A Type OS Strut Bar is Cusco's most popular strut tower brace, delivering proven chassis rigidity through a clean, classic design. The bar features a tubular oval aluminum shaft with a high-polish finish, providing excellent strength-to-weight characteristics while maintaining an aggressive underhood appearance.

Key Features:

  • Tubular Oval Aluminum Construction – Lightweight yet highly rigid shaft design for maximum flex reduction between strut towers
  • Two Rigidity Designs Available – Type 1 features a pressed ribbed shaft; Type 2 features a sectioned shaft — Cusco pre-selects the optimal design for each specific application
  • High-Polish Finish – Clean, show-quality aluminum finish for a premium appearance under the hood
  • Cusco Blue End Plates – Signature painted end plates in the traditional Cusco blue for brand-correct styling
  • Bolt-On Installation – Includes all required hardware; installs in minutes using standard hand tools — no drilling or modification required

The Type OS strut bar reduces chassis flex by tying the front strut towers together, improving steering response, cornering stability, and overall handling precision. As one of Cusco's flagship chassis reinforcement products, it delivers genuine performance gains for street and track use alike.
