Product Details

The Cusco 560 540 AT Type OS Strut Bar is a 3-point front strut tower brace engineered to reduce chassis flex and improve handling precision. As one of Cusco's most popular suspension bracing solutions, the Type OS design delivers a proven combination of lightweight construction and high rigidity.

Key Features:

  • Oval aluminum tube construction — The main shaft features a tubular aluminum oval profile with a high-polish finish for both strength and aesthetics
  • High-rigidity design — Available in two structural formats: Type 1 uses a pressed ribbed shaft, while Type 2 uses a sectioned shaft; Cusco pre-selects the optimal design for each application
  • 3-point mounting — Provides additional chassis triangulation for enhanced torsional stiffness compared to standard 2-point bars
  • Signature Cusco blue end plates — Powder-coated end plates in Cusco's iconic blue finish add a distinctive engine bay appearance
  • Bolt-on installation — Includes all required mounting hardware; installs in minutes using standard hand tools with no cutting or drilling required

The Cusco Type OS strut bar is an ideal upgrade for enthusiasts looking to sharpen steering response and reduce body roll without sacrificing the practicality of a simple, reversible bolt-on installation.

The exhaust system that I ordered has come timely manner. I have yet to install it, but I'm sure it is the correct part. I will return to shop in the future if I ever need a car part.

I was very pleased with my transaction with Autoplicity. My order was shipped the next day and received the following day. The pricing was also the best I could find. I would definitely buy from them again and recommend them to others.

Shipment was quicker than I thought and the product was just as described. It was cheaper than else where. Thank you Autoplicity
