Product Details

The Cusco 386 541 A Type OS Strut Bar is the most popular strut tower brace in the Cusco lineup, delivering exceptional chassis rigidity through its classic, proven design. The bar features a tubular oval aluminum shaft with a high-polish finish, providing an ideal balance of strength and lightweight performance.

Key Features:

  • High-rigidity tubular oval aluminum construction with a premium high-polish finish
  • Available in two designs: Type 1 (pressed ribbed) for enhanced flex resistance, and Type 2 (sectioned) for optimized load distribution — Cusco pre-selects the ideal design for each specific application
  • Signature Cusco blue end plates provide a distinctive, motorsport-inspired appearance
  • Includes all required mounting hardware for a complete bolt-on installation
  • Installs in minutes using standard hand tools — no cutting, drilling, or fabrication required
  • Reduces chassis flex under cornering and hard braking for improved steering precision and handling response

The Cusco Type OS Strut Bar is a direct bolt-on upgrade engineered to reduce strut tower flex and improve front-end rigidity. It is a factory-fit solution built to Cusco's rigorous quality standards, making it one of the most trusted suspension bracing products in the performance and motorsport community.
