Cusco 153 540 A Strut Bar Type OS Aluminum Shock Tower Brace

The Cusco Type OS Strut Bar is the most popular strut bar in the Cusco lineup, combining classic styling with high-performance rigidity. The bar features a tubular aluminum oval shaft with a high-polish finish, delivering a clean, premium look under the hood while meaningfully stiffening the front strut tower area to reduce chassis flex during cornering.

Key Features:

• Tubular oval aluminum construction for an ideal balance of strength and lightweight performance
• High-polish finish for a premium appearance
• Available in two rigidity designs: Type 1 (pressed ribbed) and Type 2 (sectioned) — Cusco pre-selects the optimal design for each specific vehicle application
• Cusco blue painted end plates for the brand's signature look
• Includes all required mounting hardware for a complete bolt-on installation
• No cutting or drilling required — installs in minutes with standard hand tools

The Type OS Strut Bar is engineered to reduce strut tower flex under hard cornering loads, improving steering response and handling precision. As a direct bolt-on upgrade, it is an ideal first modification for enthusiasts looking to enhance chassis rigidity without major modifications.
