Product Details

The Cusco 148 540 A Type OS Strut Bar is one of Cusco's most popular chassis bracing solutions, delivering improved front-end rigidity with a clean, classic look. The bar features a tubular oval aluminum shaft with a high-polish finish, striking the ideal balance between lightweight construction and structural stiffness.

Key Features:

  • Tubular oval aluminum construction for a high strength-to-weight ratio
  • High-polish finish for a premium underhood appearance
  • Available in two rigidity-enhancing designs: Type 1 (pressed ribbed) and Type 2 (sectioned) — Cusco pre-selects the optimal design for each fitment
  • Signature Cusco blue end plates for a distinctive, race-inspired look
  • Bolt-on installation using standard hand tools — no drilling or cutting required
  • All required mounting hardware included

By bracing the front strut towers, the Type OS reduces chassis flex during cornering, improving steering response and overall handling feel. Whether used on the street or the track, the Cusco Type OS Strut Bar is a proven upgrade trusted by enthusiasts worldwide.
