MSD 8853 Pro Race Spark Plug Boot & Terminal Kit 115 Degree 8.5mm Red

The MSD 8853 Pro Race Spark Plug Boot & Terminal Kit delivers professional-grade ignition protection engineered specifically for extreme-duty racing conditions. This complete kit includes eight 115-degree spark plug boots paired with stainless steel terminals, sized to fit 8.5mm spark plug wires.

MSD's Pro Race boots are constructed from a proprietary rubber compound that features a higher devulcanizing rating and reduced infrared radiation absorption compared to standard boots. The result is superior heat resistance that holds up far longer than conventional spark plug boots under the punishing conditions of high-performance racing environments.

Key Features:

• 115-degree boot angle for tight or angled spark plug installations
• Compatible with 8.5mm spark plug wire diameter
• Proprietary rubber compound with higher devulcanizing rating for extended heat resistance
• Stainless steel terminals included for secure, corrosion-resistant connections
• Maximum protection against spark loss and moisture intrusion
• Red color for easy identification and a performance appearance
• Legal for use on emissions-controlled and non-emissions-controlled vehicles

Whether building a custom wire set or replacing worn boots on an existing setup, the MSD 8853 kit provides a reliable, race-proven solution. Designed with longevity in mind, these boots maintain a tight seal and consistent ignition performance even in high-heat under-hood environments.
