Product Details

The MBRP DA6206 Armor Lite downpipe kit delivers enhanced exhaust flow and performance for 2003-2007 Ford F-250 and F-350 trucks equipped with the 6.0L Powerstroke diesel engine. This 3.5-inch downpipe replaces the restrictive factory unit, allowing your turbocharger to breathe more freely and reduce backpressure for improved power and throttle response.

Key Features:

  • Heavy-gauge aluminized steel construction resists dings and dents from road debris
  • Mandrel-bent tubing ensures smooth bends with no internal rippling for maximum flow
  • 3.5-inch diameter provides significant improvement over stock downpipe
  • Clamp hardware included for secure installation
  • Armor Lite series offers MBRP quality and fitment at a value price point
  • Direct bolt-on replacement for factory downpipe

The aluminized steel construction offers excellent durability and corrosion resistance, making it ideal for dry climates or budget-conscious enthusiasts seeking proven performance gains. MBRP's mandrel bending process maintains consistent pipe diameter throughout all bends, eliminating flow restrictions common with crush-bent alternatives.
