Product Details

The MBRP S6100409 Armor Plus Series exhaust system delivers enhanced performance and durability for diesel truck enthusiasts. This complete turbo-back exhaust system features 4-inch mandrel-bent T409 stainless steel tubing that maximizes exhaust flow and resists corrosion for long-lasting reliability.

Key Features:

  • T409 stainless steel construction for corrosion resistance and durability
  • 4-inch mandrel-bent tubing ensures smooth exhaust flow without rippling
  • Single side exit configuration with mirror-polished 5-inch OD tip
  • Bolt-on installation design for straightforward fitment
  • Lifetime warranty coverage against manufacturing defects

Performance Benefits:

Mandrel bending technology preserves the full diameter throughout each bend, eliminating restrictions that rob power. This optimized exhaust flow allows your engine to breathe more efficiently, resulting in improved horsepower, torque, and fuel economy. The larger 4-inch diameter significantly reduces backpressure compared to factory exhaust systems.

Construction and Materials:

The T409 stainless steel material provides excellent value with superior rust resistance compared to aluminized steel. While designed to withstand harsh conditions, the material offers easy maintenance and cleaning. The mirror-polished tip adds a premium aesthetic touch to complement the system's performance capabilities.

Important Installation Notes:

  • Not compatible with vehicles equipped with catalytic converters
  • Some cutting may be required during installation for proper fitment
  • Professional installation recommended for best results

MBRP has built a reputation for delivering high-quality performance exhaust systems that combine power gains with exceptional build quality. This Armor Plus Series system represents their commitment to providing diesel enthusiasts with reliable, warranty-backed products that enhance both performance and sound.
