Product Details

The Ford Racing M9926-M5090 is a high-performance 90mm billet aluminum throttle body designed to maximize airflow and horsepower on 2011-2012 Mustang GT 5.0L and 2012 Boss 302 applications. This precision-machined upgrade replaces the factory 80mm throttle body with a larger 4-inch diameter leading edge, delivering improved throttle response and power gains when paired with appropriate tuning.

Key Features:

  • 90mm billet aluminum construction with tapered inlet for optimized airflow
  • Electronic throttle control (ETC) compatible with all factory sensors pre-installed
  • Polished aluminum finish with CNC-machined Ford Racing logo
  • Factory-calibrated for consistent idle performance using OEM procedures
  • Includes jumper harness for installation
  • Validated through extensive dyno testing and performance driving

Installation Requirements:

  • Requires adapter M-9474-M50 for OEM Mustang GT 5.0L intake or M-9474-M50B for Ford Racing Boss intake M-9424-M50BR
  • 4-inch ID silicone hose adapter or reducer required (sold separately) to connect larger throttle body opening
  • 4-inch air inlet tube recommended for maximum horsepower gains
  • ECU calibration required for proper operation (not included)
  • Factory molded rubber throttle body hose must be removed when using stock 3.5-inch air inlet tube

Application:

  • 2011-2012 Ford Mustang GT 5.0L 4V Ti-VCT
  • 2012 Ford Mustang Boss 302 5.0L 4V Ti-VCT

Installation Notes:

  • Adapter M-9474-M50 rotates throttle body approximately 15 degrees counter-clockwise
  • Engine cover M-9680-M50 fits over throttle body on 5.0L Ti-VCT intake
  • Boss intake M-9424-M50BR can be port-matched to accept throttle body without adapter using custom gasket or RTV

This throttle body is the only performance option officially backed by Ford Racing, ensuring quality, fitment, and reliability for serious Mustang enthusiasts.

easy to find, nice site; shipping options should be listed before we get to the cart, however.

Autoplicity had the best price for the product i was looking for. All items were shipped together and fit my truck.

Great Item(Husky floor mats) it was the cheapest price I could find and item arrived new in box no damage. It also arrived in a very timley manner(3days)

Great prices and shipped promptly.

Best prices online! Ordered a JBA performance exhaust and Airaid intake system for my 06 F-150. Was hesitant at first because I never heard of them but ordering was a breeze and saved me over $100 total for two items compared to anywhere else. Had package at my door in about 24 hours and even selected normal UPS ground shipping. Very satisfied and will definitely return!

This was an easy transaction, keep me notified thoughout the entire shipment. Price is what got my attention in the first place. I will be back for future needs.

Great prices on all there products and shipping was fast and easy!! Customer service even better I would recommend these ppl to anyone

Great price, fast shipping! Simply the best!

I only gave them a 3 star raring on their shipping because I went on their site on Tuesday and the order said it had not been shipped. On Wednesday I received my shipment. The left hand needs to figure out what the right hand is doing. Other than that, GREAT

I am impressed with they mail order service. Recommended.
