Warn 85677 ProVantage Electric Plow Lift Service Kit Replacement Actuator

The Warn 85677 ProVantage Electric Plow Lift Service Kit is a replacement linear actuator designed to restore the functionality of your Warn ATV snow plow lifting system. This service kit replaces worn or failed actuators, allowing you to continue lifting your plow electrically without relying on your winch.

Key Features:

• Replacement actuator for Warn ProVantage electric plow lift systems
• Compatible with all previous Warn plow actuators when used with 84600 wiring and controls
• Screw-drive linear actuator design for reliable lifting power with low amp draw
• Compact design for easy installation on ATV plow systems
• Optimized lift speed provides precise grading control
• Features improved design over earlier actuators for enhanced durability

Important Installation Notes:

• This is the replacement actuator only - does NOT include wiring, controls, or anchor strap
• Must be used with wiring and controls from the Warn 84600 lift kit that include the limit switch harness
• Requires a separate 4-wire plug connection to the actuator for the limit switch
• Use without the proper limit switch harness will void warranty
• If replacing an actuator earlier than the 84600 system, a complete lift kit (84600) will be required

This genuine Warn replacement part is designed to work seamlessly with ProVantage, Cyclone, and standard Warn ATV plow systems, providing the lifting power you need to efficiently clear snow from driveways, paths, and work areas.
