Product Details

The McLeod Soft Lok is the most widely used McLeod clutch assembly among drag racers, and for good reason. As an NHRA and IHRA record-holding clutch system, the Soft Lok is engineered to launch harder off the starting line while minimizing tire spin — all with a surprisingly light pedal feel thanks to its low static pressure design.

This assembly features adjustable spring pressure, allowing racers to fine-tune clutch engagement characteristics to match track conditions and vehicle setup. The Soft Lok is also available with optional counterweights for additional balance customization. Please note: This unit is NOT recommended for street use and is intended for competition/racing applications only.
