Prothane 13-508 Rear Motor Mount Insert for Mitsubishi Eclipse V6 2000-2003

The Prothane 13-508 rear motor mount insert is engineered to reduce excessive engine movement in 2000-2003 Mitsubishi Eclipse V6 models. Manufactured from Prothane's specially formulated polyurethane, this insert fits into the factory rear motor mount to provide increased stability without the harshness of a solid mount.

Key Features:

• Reduces wheel hop during hard acceleration and launches
• Improves shift feel and performance by limiting engine movement
• Eliminates sloppy engine motion under load
• Installs into existing factory motor mount—no replacement required
• Polyurethane construction resists oil, road chemicals, and wear
• Minimal increase in NVH (noise, vibration, harshness) compared to solid mounts

This insert is part of Prothane's innovative solution for front-wheel drive performance vehicles, providing a cost-effective upgrade that delivers noticeable improvements in traction and drivetrain response. The urethane material fills voids in the factory mount, creating a firmer connection between engine and chassis while maintaining acceptable comfort levels for street use.
