Product Details

The Taylor Made Space Age Boot Protector is a premium heat shield designed to protect spark plug boots and wires from extreme engine bay temperatures. Constructed from heat-treated woven fiberglass, this protective sleeve withstands temperatures up to 1200°F, preventing ignition system damage from exhaust manifolds, headers, and turbochargers.

Key Features:

 • Heat-treated woven fiberglass construction for maximum durability
 • Withstands temperatures up to 1200°F (649°C)
 • 6 inches long to provide ample coverage for spark plug boots
 • Blue color for easy identification in the engine bay
 • 8 protectors per package for multi-cylinder applications
 • Easy slip-on installation over spark plug wires

Ideal for automotive, marine, and powersports applications where ignition components are exposed to high heat. These boot protectors help prevent misfires, extend spark plug wire life, and maintain consistent engine performance by shielding critical ignition components from radiant heat damage.

Wow Autoplicity beat eBay, Amazon and others by 10%!
Lowest price I could find on the net. They answered the phone immediately to confirm my Airaid filter was in stock and shipped it out same day. Very satisfied.
Great site. Provided needed technical specs. Shipped promptly. Although I had to ask for the tacking number, it was not emailed, one was provided promptly upon request.
