Nitrous Express 17045 .045 R/T Single Nitrous Jet

The Nitrous Express 17045 is a precision-engineered .045 R/T (Race Track) single jet designed for high-performance nitrous oxide systems. Manufactured on advanced CNC equipment, this jet is guaranteed to maintain tolerances within .0005 inches of the specified orifice size, ensuring consistent and accurate nitrous delivery for optimal engine performance.

Key Features:

• Precision .045 inch orifice size with ±.0005 inch tolerance
• Contoured inlet and multi-stepped outlet design eliminates turbulence and flow restrictions
• 35% greater flow efficiency compared to conventional jets with the same orifice size
• CNC-machined brass construction for durability and long service life
• Optimized internal geometry maximizes nitrous flow characteristics

The advanced internal design of this jet goes beyond a simple drilled orifice. The contoured inlet transitions smoothly into a multi-stepped outlet passage, creating turbulence-free flow that maximizes the efficiency of your nitrous system. While brass construction may experience minimal surface wear over extended use with nitrous oxide and fuel, this process occurs so gradually that it will not affect jet accuracy during the typical service life of the component.
