Product Details

The Rancho RS5409 RS5000 Series Steering Stabilizer is engineered to improve vehicle control and reduce driver fatigue in demanding driving conditions. This high-performance steering damper is ideal for off-road enthusiasts, trucks used for towing, and everyday street driving applications.

Key Features:

  • Reduces wheel shimmy and vibration for smoother steering response
  • Minimizes bump steer caused by uneven terrain or oversized tires
  • 10-stage velocity-sensitive valving provides consistent damping performance
  • Large 2-inch bore diameter for enhanced fluid capacity and cooling
  • All-weather fluid formulation maintains performance in extreme temperatures
  • Protective boot included to shield the piston rod from debris and corrosion
  • Durable construction built to withstand harsh off-road conditions

The RS5000 steering stabilizer works by dampening the forces transferred through the steering linkage, resulting in improved steering control and reduced fatigue during extended drives. This is especially beneficial for vehicles equipped with larger tires, lifted suspensions, or those frequently driven on rough terrain where steering inputs can become unpredictable.

Good shopping experience and customer service, but I need to return one item. I started the "return process" on Ebay a few days ago but have not heard back from Autoplicity.com yet about how to return the item. Can someone please respond to my email with the answer to my question? Thank you. WM Lovelock
