Product Details

The Moroso 23692 Oil Filter Adapter is designed to relocate the oil filter and facilitate remote oil cooler installation on small block and big block Chevrolet engines. This adapter lowers the oil filter position by 1.5 inches, providing improved clearance in tight engine bays and easier filter access during maintenance.

Key Features:

  • Compatible with small block Chevy (SBC) and big block Chevy (BBC) Mark IV engines with minor modifications
  • 0.5-inch NPT threaded inlet and outlet ports for oil cooler plumbing
  • Lowers oil filter mounting position by 1.5 inches for improved clearance
  • Enables remote oil cooler installation for wet sump oiling systems
  • Precision-machined construction for reliable sealing and durability
  • Ideal for performance and racing applications requiring additional oil cooling capacity

This adapter is an essential component for building a remote oil filtration system or adding an external oil cooler to your Chevrolet V8 engine. The dual NPT ports provide clean, professional routing for oil cooler lines while maintaining proper oil pressure and flow.
