Product Details

The Four Seasons 47670 is a new A/C compressor clutch assembly engineered as a direct OE-matching replacement for failed or worn air conditioning compressor clutches. As part of the Standard Motor Products (SMP) Temperature Control Division, Four Seasons is the largest aftermarket mobile climate control parts supplier in the industry, delivering tested and validated components built to restore proper A/C system function.

The clutch assembly is the critical link between the engine's serpentine belt and the A/C compressor. When the electromagnetic coil is energized, the clutch engages the pulley to drive the compressor and pressurize the refrigerant circuit. A faulty clutch results in no cooling or intermittent A/C operation, making this a key repair component.

Key Features:

  • New (not remanufactured) clutch assembly with electromagnetic coil included
  • All pulleys and hubs are machined and trued for an even, balanced surface
  • Every coil is tested for proper ohm resistance before shipment
  • Corrosion-resistant coating for long-term durability
  • Manufactured to stringent OE standards for proper fit and function
  • All necessary mounting hardware included
  • Backed by Four Seasons' 50+ years of mobile A/C engineering expertise

The Four Seasons 47670 clutch assembly is a vehicle-specific application designed for straightforward installation, helping restore your air conditioning system quickly and reliably.

I think I had to remind them to ship my item but once I did it shipped the next day. The package had the wrong label on it so I wondered if I got the right item but I did and all is well.
