The Johnson Controls VG12A5MW+94NBAA is a 4" (DN100) two-way flanged ball valve assembly with a factory-mounted M9220-BAA-3 spring return actuator. It is a VG1000 Series control valve for regulating hot water, chilled water and 50/50 glycol solutions in HVAC systems. This assembly runs on 120 VAC with on/off control.

• ASME Class 150 flanged end connections with narrow face-to-face dimensions
• Forged brass body with a 300 series stainless steel ball and stem

• EPDM double O-ring stem seal and graphite-reinforced PTFE seats
