The Wagner Tuning 907004016.P is a universal racing intercooler kit (charge air cooler) for custom turbo and supercharger builds. It has a 700 mm x 205 mm x 80 mm core with a volume of about 11,480 cm³. Wagner Tuning offers its racing intercoolers in Performance and Competition versions.

Key Features:

• Core dimensions: 700 mm x 205 mm x 80 mm (about 27.6 x 8.1 x 3.1 in)
• Connection diameters: 63.5 mm on one side and 80 mm on the other, with the port sides configurable
• Connection positions: side top and side center, or side center and side bottom, depending on configuration
• Cooler dimensions: A1 = 448 mm, B1 = 235 mm, C1 = 53 mm, A2 = 448 mm, B2 = 235 mm
• End tanks: CAD-developed freeform cast aluminum end tanks for even internal airflow
• Optimized design: built for strong cooling performance with as little back pressure as possible
• Optional coating: an anti-corrosion coating with good heat transfer properties is available to protect against all weather conditions

This universal intercooler suits custom installations where a larger, higher-flow charge air cooler is needed to lower intake temperatures and support more power.
