Wagner Tuning 907002020.P Universal Performance Intercooler Kit 500x205x80mm

The Wagner Tuning 907002020.P is a universal performance intercooler (charge air cooler) kit for turbocharged builds. It is a horizontal-flow racing intercooler. It cools the compressed intake charge more effectively, with minimal back pressure.

Key Features:

• Core dimensions: 500 mm x 205 mm x 80 mm (about 19.7 in x 8.1 in x 3.1 in), roughly 8,200 cm³ of core volume
• Connection diameters: 63.5 mm on one side and 80 mm on the other (2.5 in and 3.15 in)
• Connection position: left bottom and right at the side center, or left at the side center and right top
• End tanks: CAD-developed freeform cast aluminum end tanks for even internal air flow
• Design: Optimized for strong cooling performance with the least possible back pressure
• Finish: Anti-corrosion coating with good heat-transfer properties for protection in all weather conditions
• Quality: Built under constant quality monitoring

The universal design suits custom and project builds where a larger, higher-capacity intercooler is needed. Check that the connection sizes and positions suit your piping layout before installation.
