Wagner Tuning 906002019.C Universal Racing Intercooler Kit 500x205x80mm Core

The Wagner Tuning 906002019.C is a universal racing intercooler kit (also called a charge air cooler or turbo intercooler) for custom turbocharged and supercharged builds. It lowers intake charge temperature and keeps back pressure low, so it suits track, race and high-output street applications.

Key Features:

• Core dimensions: 500 mm x 205 mm x 80 mm (about 19.7 x 8.1 x 3.1 in), roughly 8,200 cm³ of core volume
• Connection diameters: 76 mm on one side and 63.5 mm on the other (about 3.0 in and 2.5 in)
• Cast aluminum end tanks: designed with CAD for even internal airflow
• Optimized internal geometry: built for strong cooling with minimal back pressure
• Low weight: racing design that keeps added mass down
• Overall cooler dimensions: a1 = 348 mm, b1 = 235 mm, c1 = 53 mm; a2 = 370 mm, b2 = 235 mm, c2 = 63.5 mm
• Included: flange connections, gaskets and mounting hardware

Wagner Tuning offers its racing intercoolers in Performance and Competition versions. This universal kit lets fabricators and tuners fit a high-efficiency charge air cooler where a vehicle-specific part isn't available.
