Wagner Tuning 905009001.C Universal Intercooler Kit 550x400x100mm Core

The Wagner Tuning 905009001.C Universal Intercooler Kit (also listed as 9 01 009 001.C) is a racing charge air cooler, also called a front mount intercooler (FMIC) or air-to-air intercooler. It is built for custom turbo and supercharger builds that need more cooling capacity and less pressure drop.

Key Features:

• Core dimensions: 550mm x 400mm x 100mm (about 21.7 in x 15.7 in x 3.9 in), with a core volume of 22,000 cm³
• Connection diameter: 55mm on the left and 55mm on the right
• Connection position: top left and top right, or bottom left and bottom right
• Cast aluminum end tanks with air ducts for streamlined airflow
• Internal geometry optimized for strong cooling with low back pressure
• Low weight construction
• Optional anti-corrosion coating with good heat transfer properties

Wagner Tuning racing intercoolers are available in Performance and Competition versions. Each one is subject to ongoing quality monitoring. Because this is a universal design, it suits custom installations where you fabricate the piping and mounting.
