Wagner Tuning 905008009.C Universal Competition Intercooler 500x400x100mm 2.5in

The Wagner Tuning 905008009.C is a universal competition intercooler (charge air cooler) built for racing and high-performance builds. It has a horizontal-flow tube-and-fin core. Cast aluminum end tanks help air flow evenly through the core, so it cools well with little back pressure.

Key Features:

• Core size: 500 mm x 400 mm x 100 mm (about 19.7 in x 15.7 in x 3.9 in)
• Connections: 63.5 mm (2.5 in) inlet and outlet. The left connection is at the bottom and the right is at the top.
• End tanks: CAD-developed freeform cast aluminum end tanks with air ducts for streamlined airflow
• Overall dimensions: A1 = 381.5 mm, B1 = 468 mm, A2 = 381.5 mm, B2 = 468 mm
• Design: Low weight, maximum cooling effect, low back pressure and optimized internal geometry
• Coating: An anti-corrosion coating with good heat transfer is available as an option. It protects against weather and corrosion.

Wagner Tuning is a German intercooler specialist, and its products go through ongoing quality monitoring. This universal-fit unit suits custom turbo and supercharged projects that need a larger, more efficient charge air cooler.
