Wagner Tuning 905007022.C Universal Racing Intercooler Kit 700x300x90mm Core

The Wagner Tuning 905007022.C universal intercooler kit is a racing charge air cooler (also called a universal front mount intercooler or FMIC) for turbocharged and supercharged builds. It lowers intake air temperatures and keeps back pressure low.

Key Features:

• Core dimensions: 700 mm x 300 mm x 90 mm (about 27.6 x 11.8 x 3.5 in)
• Inlet and outlet diameter: 63.5 mm (2.5 in) on each side
• Connection position: left and right, at the side center of the end tanks
• Cooler dimensions: A1 = 478 mm, B1 = 330 mm, A2 = 478 mm, B2 = 330 mm
• End tanks: CAD-developed freeform cast aluminum tanks that distribute internal airflow evenly
• Flow design: optimized for strong cooling performance with the least possible back pressure
• Coating: an anti-corrosion coating with good heat transfer properties is available on Wagner Tuning intercoolers

Wagner Tuning racing intercoolers are offered in Performance and Competition versions, and the brand says its products go through constant quality monitoring. This universal-fit unit suits custom turbo and supercharger setups where a larger, efficient core is needed.
