Product Details

The Wagner Tuning 905004008.C is a universal competition intercooler (charge air cooler) for turbocharged and supercharged builds. It has a horizontal-flow layout and a competition-grade core. It is designed to lower intake air temperatures while keeping back pressure low.

Key Features:

  • Competition core construction for high cooling performance
  • Core dimensions: 700 mm x 205 mm x 80 mm (about 27.6 in x 8.1 in x 3.1 in), with a core volume of 11,480 cm³
  • Connection diameter: 63.5 mm (2.5 in) on both the left and right sides
  • Connection position: left top and right angled bottom, or left angled top and right bottom (viewed in the direction of travel)
  • Cooler dimension A1: 481.5 mm
  • Cast aluminum end tanks: CAD-developed freeform design for even internal airflow
  • Optimized flow: designed for the best possible cooling with the least possible back pressure
  • Optional finish: matt black powder coating is offered by the manufacturer as an add-on

This universal intercooler suits custom and performance applications that need a larger charge air cooler. Wagner Tuning is a German performance brand known for its racing intercoolers.

So far so good

So far , so good

This is one of those rare cases when I'm really eager to provide feedback because every part of this purchase transaction was simply outstanding! It was easy and straightforward to find the item (helmet) and buy it online, the price was much better than competing stores, and I was so happy when it arrived on my doorstep a mere two days after I bought it! Communication via email was clear and informative, and the helmet itself I'm very pleased with and it was packaged securely and safely. I really appreciate all the hard work by Autoplicity to make this one of those truly good shopping experiences. Thank you!
