Wagner Tuning 904012048.C Universal Racing Intercooler Kit

The Wagner Tuning 904012048.C universal intercooler (also called a charge air cooler or CAC) is a racing-grade intercooler kit for custom turbocharged and supercharged builds. It cools the compressed intake charge to help support strong, consistent power with low back pressure.

Key Features:

• Core dimensions: 612 mm x 315 mm x 90 mm (about 24.1 in x 12.4 in x 3.5 in)
• Cast aluminum end tanks: designed in CAD to promote even airflow through the core
• Low back pressure: internal geometry is optimized for the best cooling with the least pressure drop
• Connection diameters: 55 mm on one side and 80 mm on the other
• Optional anti-corrosion coating: Wagner Tuning offers a coating with good heat-transfer properties to protect against the elements

Because it is a universal design, this intercooler suits custom installations and race applications where a large core and efficient airflow are priorities.
