Wagner Tuning 904008011.C Universal Competition Intercooler 500x400x100mm Core

The Wagner Tuning 904008011.C is a universal competition intercooler (charge air cooler) for turbocharged and supercharged builds. It uses a horizontal-flow layout and a large 500 mm x 400 mm x 100 mm core. It suits custom installations and race applications where a front-mount intercooler needs to lower intake air temperatures with little pressure drop.

Key Features:

• Core size: 500 mm x 400 mm x 100 mm (about 19.7 in x 15.7 in x 3.9 in), with a core volume of about 20,000 cm³
• Connection diameters: 55 mm on one side and 80 mm on the other. Inlet and outlet sides can be configured either way.
• Connection positions: bottom on one side and angled center on the other, or angled center and top
• Overall cooler dimensions: A1 = 381.5 mm, B1 = 468 mm, A2 = 370 mm, B2 = 430 mm
• End tanks: CAD-developed freeform cast aluminum end tanks for even internal airflow
• Design focus: optimized for strong cooling performance with the least possible back pressure
• Series: part of the Wagner Tuning racing intercooler range (Competition version)

This universal intercooler is for custom and motorsport projects that need extra cooling capacity and consistent charge air temperatures. Fabrication and mounting are required to fit it to a specific application.
