The item I purchased arrived on time and in good condition but the gasket that was provided did not fit the opening. It was to small. I let Autoplicity know and ask for any help they could provide to try and locate the proper size gasket but received no response.

Easy online service.

Seems good so far.

Was okay

Quick and easy!

The item I bought was one to replace something I thought I had accidentally thrown away. A couple days after the boatplicity item arrived I located the like item I already had. I initiated the return process with boatplicity, as I no longer had need of the item. I completed the return request stuff and it said I would be contacted to continue the process but no one has contacted me.
