Wagner Tuning 903009010.C Universal Racing Intercooler Kit 550x400x100mm

The Wagner Tuning 903009010.C Universal Intercooler Kit is a racing charge air cooler (also called an intercooler or charge cooler). It suits custom and universal turbocharged builds. It has a large 550 mm x 400 mm x 100 mm core, which is about 22,000 cm³ of core volume. Cast aluminum end tanks help it cool charge air efficiently without adding much back pressure.

Key Features:

• Core dimensions: 550 mm x 400 mm x 100 mm (approx. 21.7 x 15.7 x 3.9 in), about 22,000 cm³
• Connection diameters: 55 mm on one side and 76 mm on the other (about 2.17 in and 2.99 in). The 55 mm and 76 mm ports can be swapped left to right.
• Connection positions: left bottom with right angled top, or left angled bottom with right top
• End tanks: Freeform cast aluminum designed in CAD for even internal airflow
• Cooler dimensions: A1 = 406.5 mm, B1 = 468 mm, A2 = 395 mm, B2 = 430 mm, C2 = 60 mm
• Optional coating: Wagner intercoolers can be ordered with an anti-corrosion coating that has good heat transfer properties

Wagner Tuning designs its intercoolers for high cooling performance with low back pressure. All Wagner products go through ongoing quality monitoring.
