Wagner Tuning 903005021.P Universal Racing Intercooler Kit 500x300x90mm Core

The Wagner Tuning 903005021.P is a universal racing intercooler (charge air cooler) kit for custom turbo and supercharger installations. It has a 500 mm x 300 mm x 90 mm core, about 13,500 cm³ of core volume. The size suits builds that need better charge air cooling and lower intake temperatures.

Key Features:

• Core dimensions: 500 mm x 300 mm x 90 mm (approx. 19.7 in x 11.8 in x 3.5 in)
• Connection diameters: 55 mm (approx. 2.2 in) on one side and 76 mm (approx. 3.0 in) on the other. The sides can be swapped, with the 55 mm connection left and the 76 mm right, or the reverse.
• Connection positions: the side-center and side-top ports, or the side-bottom and side-center ports, depending on the orientation chosen
• Cooler dimensions: A1 = 378 mm, B1 = 330 mm, A2 = 378 mm, B2 = 330 mm, C2 = 60 mm

• Designed to give strong cooling performance with low back pressure
• Can be ordered with an anti-corrosion coating that has good heat transfer properties and protects against all weather conditions
• Subject to constant quality monitoring by Wagner Tuning

Wagner Tuning racing intercoolers come in Performance and Competition versions. This universal kit suits custom installations where a direct-fit unit isn't available.
