Wagner Tuning 902009015.C Universal Racing Intercooler Kit, 550x400x100mm Core

The Wagner Tuning 902009015.C is a universal racing intercooler (charge air cooler) kit. It is designed for custom turbocharged and supercharged builds that need better charge air cooling. Wagner Tuning makes its racing intercoolers in Performance and Competition versions.

Key Features:

• Core dimensions: 550 mm x 400 mm x 100 mm (22,000 cm³)
• Connection diameters: 55 mm left and 63.5 mm right, or 63.5 mm left and 55 mm right
• Connection positions: left at the side top, right at the side bottom
• CAD-developed freeform cast aluminum end tanks for even internal airflow
• Optimized for strong cooling performance with low back pressure
• Low weight, with an internal geometry designed for efficient heat transfer
• Can be ordered with an anti-corrosion coating that has good heat transfer properties

This universal intercooler suits custom installations and race builds where a larger core and free-flowing end tanks help lower intake air temperatures and keep power consistent under boost.
