Wagner Tuning 902005022.P Universal Intercooler Kit 500x300x90mm Core

The Wagner Tuning 902005022.P universal intercooler kit (also called a charge air cooler or CAC) is a racing-grade intercooler for custom and universal forced-induction builds. It is made by Wagner Tuning. It cools compressed intake air before it reaches the engine, which helps with consistent power and lower intake temperatures.

Key Features:

• Core size: 500 mm x 300 mm x 90 mm (about 19.7 in x 11.8 in x 3.5 in), for a core volume of 13,500 cm³
• Connection diameters: 55 mm (2.17 in) on one side and 63.5 mm (2.5 in) on the other. The manufacturer lists two configurations, with the 55 mm connection on either the left or the right.
• Connection position: Side-mounted, centered, on both the left and right end tanks
• End tanks: Free-form cast aluminum end tanks designed in CAD to give even internal airflow
• Design: Lightweight construction with optimized internal geometry for strong cooling and low back pressure

Wagner Tuning builds its racing intercoolers in Performance and Competition variants. This universal kit suits custom installations where you fabricate your own piping and mounting.
