Wagner Tuning 902002003.C Universal Racing Intercooler Kit 500x205x80mm Core

The Wagner Tuning 902002003.C universal intercooler kit is a racing charge air cooler (also called a charge air intercooler or air-to-air intercooler) for custom turbo and supercharger builds. It uses a tube-and-fin core with cast aluminum end tanks. It is intended for builders who need a compact, high-flow intercooler that can be adapted to their own piping layout.

Key Features:

• Core dimensions: 500 mm x 205 mm x 80 mm (about 19.69 in x 8.07 in x 3.15 in), for a core volume of 8,200 cm³
• Connection diameters: 55 mm (2.17 in) on one side and 63.5 mm (2.50 in) on the other. The sides can be configured left 55 mm / right 63.5 mm, or left 63.5 mm / right 55 mm
• Connection positions: left top with right side top, or left side bottom with right bottom
• Cooler dimensions: A1 = 381.5 mm, B1 = 272.5 mm, A2 = 348 mm, B2 = 235 mm, C2 = 53 mm
• End tanks: CAD-developed freeform cast aluminum end tanks give an even internal air flow
• Design goal: optimized for the best possible cooling performance with the least possible back pressure

Wagner Tuning makes its racing intercoolers in Performance and Competition versions. The Wagner Tuning part number for this universal kit is 902002003.C.
