Wagner Tuning 901008020.P Universal Racing Intercooler Kit 500x400x100mm Core

The Wagner Tuning 901008020.P Universal Intercooler Kit is a racing charge air cooler (also called a universal intercooler or charge cooler) for custom turbocharged and supercharged builds. It uses a 500mm x 400mm x 100mm core, which gives 20,000 cm³ of core volume.

Key Features:

• Core dimensions: 500mm x 400mm x 100mm (20,000 cm³)
• Connection diameter: 55mm on the left and 55mm on the right
• Connection position: left bottom with right side center, or left side center with right top
• Cooler dimensions: A1 = 381.5mm, B1 = 468mm, A2 = 413mm, B2 = 430mm
• End tanks: CAD-developed freeform cast aluminum end tanks promote even internal airflow
• Design focus: low weight, strong cooling effect and low back pressure
• Coating: Wagner Tuning intercoolers can be ordered with an anti-corrosion coating that has good heat transfer properties

Wagner Tuning designs its racing intercoolers to give the best possible cooling with the least back pressure. This helps keep intake air temperatures down on performance and competition builds.
