Wagner Tuning 901008015.C Universal Racing Intercooler Kit 500x400x100mm Core

The Wagner Tuning 901008015.C Universal Racing Intercooler Kit is a performance charge air cooler (also called an intercooler or charge cooler) for custom turbocharged and supercharged builds. It has a 500 mm x 400 mm x 100 mm core, about 20,000 cm³ of core volume. The design aims for strong cooling with low back pressure.

Key Features:

• Core dimensions: 500 mm x 400 mm x 100 mm (approx. 19.7 in x 15.7 in x 3.9 in)
• Connection diameter: 55 mm (approx. 2.17 in) on both the left and right sides
• Connection position: left at the side top, right at the side bottom
• Cooler dimensions: A1 = 413 mm, B1 = 430 mm, C1 = 60 mm; A2 = 413 mm, B2 = 430 mm, C2 = 60 mm
• End tanks: CAD-developed freeform cast aluminum end tanks with air ducts for even internal airflow
• Low weight, low back pressure: optimized internal geometry for maximum cooling effect
• Coating option: Wagner Tuning intercoolers can be ordered with an anti-corrosion coating that has good heat transfer properties

Included:

• 1 intercooler
• 2 connection flange plates
• 2 seals
• Mounting material

This is a universal racing intercooler and is not prefabricated, so installation requires custom piping and mounting. It suits custom and motorsport applications where a high-flow intercooler is needed.
