Wagner Tuning 901008009.C Universal Racing Intercooler Kit 500x400x100mm

The Wagner Tuning 901008009.C is a universal racing intercooler kit (charge air cooler) for custom turbo and supercharger builds. It has a large 500 mm x 400 mm x 100 mm core, which is about 20 liters of core volume. That gives it plenty of cooling capacity for high-boost and track-focused setups.

Key Features:

• Core dimensions: 500 mm x 400 mm x 100 mm (19.7 in x 15.7 in x 3.9 in), 20,000 cm³
• Connections: 55 mm (about 2.16 in) diameter on both the left and right sides
• Connection positions: left side at the bottom, right side at the top
• End tanks: CAD-developed freeform cast aluminum tanks for even internal airflow
• Flow design: optimized for strong cooling with as little back pressure as possible
• Coating: Wagner Tuning offers an anti-corrosion coating with good heat transfer properties for weather protection
• Quality control: Wagner Tuning says its products undergo constant quality monitoring

Wagner Tuning racing intercoolers come in Performance and Competition versions. This universal unit suits custom installations where you fabricate your own mounting and charge piping.
