Wagner Tuning 901002015.C Universal Racing Intercooler Kit 500x205x80mm Core

The Wagner Tuning 901002015.C Universal Intercooler Kit is a racing charge air cooler (intercooler) for custom turbocharged and supercharged builds. It uses a compact bar-and-plate style core and cast aluminum end tanks. This lets you fit a high-performance intercooler where no vehicle-specific kit is available.

Key Features:

• Core dimensions: 500 mm x 205 mm x 80 mm (about 19.7 in x 8.1 in x 3.1 in), for a core volume of 8,200 cm³
• Connections: 55 mm (about 2.17 in) inlet and outlet, one on each side
• Connection positions: left connection at the top side, right connection at the bottom side
• Cooler dimensions: A1 = 348 mm, B1 = 235 mm, C1 = 53 mm, and A2 = 348 mm, B2 = 235 mm, C2 = 53 mm
• End tanks: CAD-developed freeform cast aluminum end tanks give an even internal air flow
• Cooling performance: The design aims for strong cooling with as little back pressure as possible
• Corrosion protection: The manufacturer says its intercoolers can be ordered with an anti-corrosion coating that has good heat transfer properties

Wagner Tuning racing intercoolers come in Performance and Competition versions. The universal design suits custom installations. Wagner Tuning is a German manufacturer of high-performance intercoolers.
