The Wagner Tuning 901002004.C Universal Intercooler Kit is a racing charge air cooler (also called an intercooler or charge air cooler) for custom and universal turbocharged or supercharged builds. It gives fabricators a performance-focused core with 55mm connections on both sides.

Key Features:

• Connection diameter: 55mm on the left and 55mm on the right
• Connection positions: left top with right at the side center, or left at the side center with right bottom
• Cooler dimensions: A1 = 381.5mm, B1 = 272.5mm; A2 = 348mm, B2 = 235mm
• End tanks: CAD-developed freeform cast aluminum end tanks that promote even internal air flow
• Design: Optimized for strong cooling performance with as little back pressure as possible
• Coating: Can be ordered with an anti-corrosion coating that has good heat transfer properties and protects against all weather conditions
• Versions: Wagner Tuning racing intercoolers are available in Performance and Competition versions

This universal intercooler kit suits custom installations where you need a high-efficiency core with a known size and connection layout, and where lower intake air temperatures and consistent power are the goal.
