Wagner Tuning 200001167.X Evo3 Competition Intercooler Kit, Tube & Fin Core

The Wagner Tuning 200001167.X Competition Intercooler Kit is a high-performance upgraded intercooler (charge air cooler) that replaces the factory unit. It is built to lower intake charge temperatures and reduce pressure drop, which helps the engine make more consistent power.

Key Features:

• Larger core: The Evo3 Competition core measures 515 mm x 367 mm x 95 mm (about 16,500 cm³). Wagner Tuning lists this as 84% more cooling surface and 101% more charge air volume than the original intercooler.
• Tube and fin construction: The core has internal turbulators to improve heat transfer.
• Cast aluminum end tanks: The end tanks are optimized with CFD (computational fluid dynamics) for better internal airflow. Wagner Tuning also reworked the design to remove restrictions found in the stock unit.
• Better flow and charge cooling: The larger core and revised end tanks increase flow and charge cooling.

Wagner Tuning's Competition intercooler core is designed specifically for the application it is made for. The kit is aimed at street and track builds that need better thermal performance under sustained boost.
