BD Diesel Flexplate

The BD Diesel Flexplate (also called a flex plate or FleX-Plate) is a heavy-duty automatic transmission flexplate. It is built for modified diesel trucks. The added power and torque of a modified diesel can crack or even shatter a stock flexplate. BD Diesel designed this line to hold up under those loads in daily driving, towing and racing.

Key Features:

• Forged and billet steel construction with about twice the material of the stock flexplate
• Precision-balanced for smooth operation
• SFI 29.3 approval on applicable models. This is a stricter test developed for high-horsepower diesel engines, and it makes the part suitable for race sanctioning bodies
• Black oxide coating resists corrosion and helps prevent hydrogen embrittlement, which can lead to cracking
• Keeps the axial flex that solid flywheel conversions give up
• Direct bolt-in replacement for the stock flexplate, so you replace only the flexplate and not the whole flywheel assembly

Whether your truck is used for towing, work or competition, the BD Diesel Flexplate gives you a stronger link between the engine and automatic transmission. Choose the part number that matches your engine and transmission.
