SLP Performance Blackwing Cold Air Intake

The SLP Performance Blackwing Cold Air Intake (also called a cold air induction package or performance air intake kit) replaces the restrictive factory air box with a free-flowing, high-performance intake. It moves the filter closer to cooler, denser outside air. That helps your engine make more power and torque and respond better to the throttle.

Key Features:

• Named "Blackwing" for its distinctive, large open-element filter
• Flows up to 90% more air than the factory setup, according to SLP
• Reusable, washable, wire-reinforced high-flow filter that you can re-oil, so you don't have to keep buying paper filters
• Synteq synthetic filtration media
• Intake tube and mounting hardware matched to the application
• Bolt-on installation with basic tools and detailed instructions

SLP recommends its air filter cleaning kit (part #25017) for cleaning and re-oiling the filter. Some kits are not approved for sale or use in California or other states that require a CARB Executive Order number.

SLP Performance (Street Legal Performance) has long been known for GM performance parts. The Blackwing line gives a simple bolt-on upgrade for enthusiasts who want more power and a stronger intake sound.
