Gates Low Pressure Hydraulic Hose

Gates Low Pressure Hydraulic Hose is a line of RLA 1-fiber braid return line hose. It is made for low-pressure hydraulic oil return lines. It also works as a general-purpose hose for water, glycol antifreeze solutions, diesel fuel, gasoline and air. You may see it called return line hose, low pressure hydraulic hose or fuel line hose.

Key Features:

• Construction: The tube is black, oil-resistant synthetic nitrile rubber. It is reinforced with a single fiber braid.
• Cover: The black synthetic rubber cover is a modified nitrile (Type C2). It resists flame, oil and abrasion.
• Standards: The hose meets SAE 30R2 Type 1 and Type 2 performance requirements. This includes fuel and B20 biodiesel in constant contact up to 125°F. It also meets MSHA 2G flame resistance acceptance.
• Temperature range: -40°F to +212°F. For air, the upper limit is +160°F.
• Couplings: The hose is designed for use with Gates MegaCrimp couplings and other compatible Gates crimp-style couplings. Which couplings fit depends on the hose size.
• Light and flexible: The textile braid construction makes the hose easy to route and handle. It suits low-pressure applications.

Gates is a well-known name in fluid power, and this hose is a dependable choice for return lines and low-pressure fluid transfer on equipment and machinery. The working pressure, burst pressure and bend radius differ by hose size, so check the specifications for the variant you select.
