Siemens Normally Closed Valve Assembly Electronic Actuator

The Siemens Normally Closed Valve Assembly with Electronic Actuator is a factory-assembled HVAC control valve and actuator package from the Powermite 599 MT Series. It is built for hot and chilled water terminal unit control, and for other hydronic heating and cooling applications. Each assembly pairs a two-way globe valve with an electronic actuator, so you get a matched valve and actuator unit.

Key Features:

• Normally closed operation: the valve is closed when it is in its default state.
• Electronic actuator: 24 V AC operating voltage with floating (three-position) control.
• Fail-in-place design: the valve holds its last position if power is lost.
• Brass trim: durable construction for water-based hydronic systems.
• Female by female connections: straightforward piping into terminal unit applications.
• ANSI Leakage Class IV: tight shutoff performance.
• Two-way globe valve: designed for terminal unit control.

The Powermite MT Series is used to control hot or chilled water and water-glycol solutions. Each model in the line has its own line size and flow rate (Cv), so you can match the valve to your system's flow requirements. Siemens is a well-known name in building technology and HVAC controls.
