Mars Low Pressure Switch SPST Auto Reset

The Mars Low Pressure Switch is an SPST, auto reset low pressure control (also called a low pressure cut-out switch or pressure cutout) for HVAC and refrigeration systems. It opens the electrical circuit when system pressure falls to its cut-out setting. It then closes again on its own once pressure rises to the cut-in setting, so no manual reset is needed.

Key Features:

• Single pole, single throw (SPST) switching, with the circuit closing on pressure rise and opening on pressure fall
• Automatic reset, so the switch restores the circuit without manual intervention
• Contacts rated at 6 amps, 24-240 volts
• Factory-set, hermetically sealed sensor
• Tamper-proof construction keeps the factory settings from being changed
• Compact, lightweight design for direct mounting

Typical uses include protecting compressors and other equipment in residential air conditioning and commercial refrigeration systems from operating at low system pressure. Choose the variant whose open and close pressure settings match your system's requirements.
