GT Radial IcePro Tire

The GT Radial IcePro SUV3 is a studdable winter tire for SUVs, crossovers and light trucks. It is also sold as a winter or snow tire. It is designed to give dependable grip, braking and control on snow, slush and ice. You can run it with or without studs, depending on local rules and your driving conditions.

Key Features:

• Studdable design: The tread has up to 156 stud pin holes. Studs can be added for extra traction and shorter stopping distances on ice.
• Directional tread pattern: Made for SUV and pickup use. It gives strong grip in deep snow and helps keep road noise down.
• Wide tread grooves: The grooves move water, slush and snow out of the contact patch. This helps reduce the risk of hydroplaning.
• High-silica winter compound: The rubber stays flexible in cold temperatures. This helps ice and snow traction and supports good tread life.
• Severe snow rated: The tire carries the Three-Peak Mountain Snowflake (3PMSF) symbol and is M+S rated.

The IcePro line suits drivers who face harsh winters and want a winter tire at a sensible price. Studs are optional. Check local regulations on studded tire use before you have them installed.
