Mars Oval Motor Run Capacitor

The Mars Oval Motor Run Capacitor is an oval-shaped run capacitor for single-phase AC motors. It is used in HVAC and refrigeration equipment, including condenser fan motors, blower motors and compressors. A run capacitor stays in the circuit while the motor operates. It improves motor efficiency, helps the motor start and run smoothly, and supports steady performance. It is also sold as a motor run capacitor, oval capacitor or dual-purpose HVAC capacitor replacement.

Key Features:

• Oval case design that fits the compact mounting spaces common in HVAC and refrigeration equipment
• Built for continuous-duty motor run applications
• Available in a range of capacitance (MFD) and voltage ratings, so you can match the original capacitor specifications
• Terminals for straightforward connection and replacement
• From Mars, a long-established supplier of HVAC/R electrical components and motors

Before replacing a capacitor, disconnect power and safely discharge the old unit. Match the MFD and voltage ratings of the original capacitor. Choose the variant that corresponds to your equipment's specifications.
