Schneider Electric Pneumatic Damper Actuator Diaphragm

The Schneider Electric (Barber Colman) Pneumatic Damper Actuator Diaphragm line offers replacement diaphragms, also called actuator diaphragms, for Barber Colman pneumatic damper and valve actuators. The diaphragm is the flexible membrane that turns air pressure into actuator movement. It works with the return spring to position a damper or valve in commercial HVAC pneumatic control systems.

Key Features:

• Molded neoprene construction for flexibility and a reliable air seal
• Replacement parts for Barber Colman (now Schneider Electric) pneumatic actuators
• Restores proper actuator stroke and response when the original diaphragm has cracked, stiffened or started to leak
• Helps maintain accurate damper and valve positioning in legacy pneumatic building controls
• Less costly than replacing the whole actuator

Barber Colman has made pneumatic HVAC controls since the 1890s, and the brand is now maintained under Schneider Electric. Replacing a worn diaphragm brings an aging actuator back to dependable operation in hospitals, schools, offices and industrial facilities. Pick the model that matches your actuator series.
